    Dublin Anusara Yoga Classes

    Kanta Barrios has practiced many forms of yoga over the years and for the past few years teaches Anusara yoga.

    Over the years Kanta has completed a number of Yoga Teacher Training courses and is currently undertaking further on-going training as an Anusara yoga teacher while also teaching anusara inspired yoga.

    She is committed to bringing a down-to-earth and light approach- to make the exploration and practice of Yoga fun and relevant in today’s lifestyle. With the intention optimizing students health and general well being.

    Kanta has lovely soft heart felt energies and will have everybody smiling and beaming from the heart over this week of challenging yoga practice, guided meditation and deeply relaxing yoga nidra.

    The time spend indoors at the yoga and meditation classes and just chilling out with the others on the retreat is a lovely combination with the time we spend out each day on our guided outings.

    Depending on preferences of the group, some day we may go for surf lesson, or a boat trip to the Cliffs of Moher, or visit the Burren Perfumery, kayaking and many more activities and places to choose from.

    Each day we have a guided outings to a different location, and there is so much that we fit in during the week.  This truly is a great way to see many of the magical places in the Burren with an experienced guide.

    Followed by lunch at one of the local restaurants or cafes which is a great way to sample the best of the locale cuisine in the Burren.

    Dave knows all the best places to eat in the area, and we are always very well looked after with the best seats being reserved for us, and Dave is able to give recommendations as to which are the best dishes to choose from.
