  • Niamh Jones was our five star yoga instructor for the weekend. Everyone was highly complimentary of her teaching style and I just loved her classes. While we were sitting around chatting during one of the evenings she shared a lot of her knowledge about yoga, reiki and shamanism with our group in a lovely easy-going and understandable manner. Beginners will be introduced gradually to meditation, which will deepen and lengthen in practice over the week. The meditation at the start of the week will be quite short and accessible to all.

This lovely beginning to the day brings us inwards and much more in touch with our inner nature.

While still in this tranquil peaceful space, Niamh will then lead you through a beautiful energizing and invigorating Hatha yoga class which although reasonably gentle will also challenge every single person in the class to their own ability.

    Yoga boot camp

Niamh will teach more gentle variations to those who are less fit, while teaching more advanced versions of the postures to those who are already practicing and those who are more fit. There is no comparison made between course participants and each person is encouraged to practice at their own level.
