    Niamh Jones is a very experienced yoga teacher and she has taught many very successful Yoga Boot Camps before, and has been teaching at the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre for many years.

    Niamh is a qualified Bikram yoga teacher and also a qualified Ashtanga yoga teacher and has also been practicing and teaching meditation for many years.

    She has a lovely ‘easy going personality’ and takes the time with each person to ensure they understand the practices that she is teaching and also encourages each person in a wonderful way to reach towards your own potential.

    As part of this yoga boot camp retreat, Dave will take the group out on a guided hike into the Burren hills or by the sea on Saturday and also on Sunday.

    May is a great time to see the wild flowers of the Burren and you should see the early purple orchids, the vivid colours of the Spring gentian and many more.

    It is a good idea to bring your camera ;-)

    This is a great way to get to see some special places in the Burren well away from the usual tourist places.
