    The practices include profound relaxation and rejuvenation techniques, revitalising breath and sound practices, meditations and some very  feminine flowing, gentle, energising movement suitable for all stages of menstrual cycles and pregnancy.

    Enjoy a stress free weekend of nurturing yoga, calming meditation, relaxing yoga nidra, amazing vegetarian food, and outdoor walks in the hills and by the sea.

  • Instructor Bio Uma Dinsmore-Tuli

    Uma womens retreat Ireland

    Uma Dinsmore-Tuli was first introduced to yoga at the age of four, and has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1986 and training yoga teachers and therapists since 2001.

    ” Uma has lovely soft energies, and is a very inspiring and caring yoga teacher with an abundant ‘motherly warm caring nature’ ” – Dave

    Her smile and laugh in infectious, and i know that she will have you beaming and smiling within 10 minutes of meeting her ;-)

    She has a PhD in Communications from London University, a diploma in Yoga Therapy from the Yoga Biomedical Trust and is a recognised teacher of the British Wheel of Yoga.

    She teaches specialised yoga for women’s heath courses, and also yoga for pregnancy, and also pregnancy yoga teacher training courses.

    Uma has trained hundreds of pregnancy and postnatal yoga teachers across Europe, and has written four books on yoga and women’s health.

    Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, mother of three children (all born at home in her yoga studio), is a yoga therapist and writer with special expertise in the field of women’s health. She has been practicing yoga since she first learnt it with her mother at the age of four, and has been teaching for the past twenty years.

    Uma has trained hundreds of pregnancy and postnatal yoga teachers across Europe, and has written four books on yoga and women’s health. She works as a teacher, trainer and therapist to empower women to enjoy positive menstrual health, and to encourage menstrual awareness as a form of spiritual practice.

    Uma has a PhD in communications, a diploma in yoga therapy, and is a graduate of Alexandra Pope’s women’s leadership apprenticeship
