      Spiritual retreats for women

Healthy menstruation is the foundation for positive fertility. Many of the yoga therapy strategies and yogic approaches to self-care and nurture that help us to support healthy menstruation and optimise fertility are also precisely those same yoga practices which help to nurture us during pregnancy.

There is a special and healing energy generated when women at these special times in our lives come together to practice these feminine forms of yoga together.

      holidays for single women

The womb yoga is accessible and gentle, yet profound and healing. It is suited to those women who have never done yoga before because the beautiful movements and meditations are very easy to follow.

For experienced yoga practioners, this weekend offers a new level of engagement with the healing power of yoga for women because the energy and meditative work (through gesture, sound and meditation) is very profound.
