Help the centre
I run the centre, and would like to be able to continue to provide top quality yoga courses with the world's best yoga teachers over the coming years.
What really helps the centre is getting the word around.
- letting your friends know that the centre and website exists
- talking to your yoga teacher about the centre and the website
- making sure your teacher is registered on our list of yoga teachers
- putting up a poster of coming courses at your work place, or in a health food shop, hotel, health and fitness centre or anywhere people who may be looking for a healthy weekend break
- receiving 3 posters from the centre every 2 months to put up locally, and by emailing your friends with the URL below.
