“A wonderful, relaxing and energising experience!”
Reviewed 5th Oct 2012
Dave is a brilliant host and took us on a fabulous guided walk to Blackhead. Our yoga teacher on this weekend retreat, Esther, was superb – lovely and inspiring. The food was delicious and the people on the retreat were just wonderful. A magical experience – so glad I took time for myself to visit.

“perfect experience”

I spent my new year in the Burren yoga centre, from the 27th to the 2nd January, 2012. The retreat was the perfect marriage of relaxation, yoga and personal reflection time. I am only a beginner at the practice of yoga but I cannot help but feel my experience at the Burren is the first step in developing a deeper practice. I have never felt so positive returning to work at the start of a new year. Thanks to Dave for his seamless coordination over the week and Tadhg for delivering the yoga with such joy and ease. I will return in the Spring.

“The closest thing to heaven”

I needed to escape from a busy life in London and was rather anxious to go on my own…I still gave it a go and I am now so glad I made it! It has been the best experience I have had in many years and I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to find peace, self-discovery, time out or just to enjoy yoga practises for a week! I will most certainly will do it again ( certainly for the 5* vegetarian meals, which were excellent)
