How to book

What type of yoga is best for me ?

Booking is a 2 Step process. Please complete step 2 shortly after submitting your booking request

• Check availability on the course by emailing centre or by phone
• You may hold a place for 24 hours while you book your flights
• Step 1: Click Booking online which is on the top of every page
• Fill in the booking form request, submit it. Make sure you see 'confirmation screen' that your booking request was submitted
• Within 4 working hours, an email will be sent back to you to take final credit card details to confirm your place
• Step 2: You reply to the email with final credit card details to confirm your place

Note Add dave@burrenyoga.com to your Email Address Book or Safe List to ensure you receive your booking confirmation to your inbox and not accidentally end up in a spam folder.

What type of Credit card do i need to book with?

We only accept normal visa or mastercard. This can be a normal credit card or a debit card.

Apologies, we don't accept pre-paid cards. We don't accept American Express.

Deposit

Do i pay a deposit when i book ?

No. You pay the full course fee on arrival at the centre.

However, you agree to pay the cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your place on the course.

Your cancellation fee increases as the date of the course approaches, and the deposit you are liable for depends on how late you cancel.

You give credit card details at the time of booking.

Less than 14 days	75% of course fee
Don't turn up	100% of course fee
Any cancellation fee not paid by start of course	100% of course fee

Cancellation days are calculated as the number of days before the start date of the course on the day you cancel.

The cancellation fee applies no matter how valid your reason for not attending the course.

If the cancellation fee is not paid before the start of the course date for whatever reason, the cancellation fee then becomes 100% of the course fee.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations by email or phone answering service only come into effect when the centre contacts you to acknowledge they have received your cancellation.

All cancellation fees must be paid before the start date of the course.

Credit card & cheque charges

Full course fee should be paid in cash on arrival at centre.

If you wish to pay the full course fee by credit card when you arrive at the centre, there is a 10% charge to cover the bank fees, the administration work, and the delay in tranfer of funds.

Cheque payments must be made out to full amount of course + 5% to cover administration costs.

Only cheques made out to bank accounts in Rep. of Ireland, or International Bank Drafts accepted.

Change of booking

If the course you are booked on is more than 28 days away, it may be possible for you to change your dates to another course within the next 3 months.

Cost to do this is €50, and is at the discretion of Dave.

If an exceptional change of booking occurs within 14 days of a course start date, cost is €100 for this.

All change of bookings are paid at the time the booking is changed.
