You don't need to bring a partner ;-) as people usually team up and switch around during the week


The two David’s are gentle in their approach to students, but their depth of knowledge encourages each one of to practice to the limits of one’s ability.

Their Partner Yoga classes are conducted in a more informal manner and include a lot of light humor and good fun in their classes.

This course is suitable for beginners as well as advanced people.
Just because the partner postures in the photos are very difficult, does not mean that these will be the postures you will have to do. ;-) 
Beginners will be gradually taken through the different asanas and vinyasas (breathing).
More advanced practitioners who know the series will practice at their own pace getting adjustments and being led further into the practice.
This course is for people who wish to work with their physical body through the Astanga practice. And also enjoy some fun and explore some new ways of working with a partner to improve one’s practice.

Their creative approach to yoga encourages students to
laugh and have fun.

They focus on linking movement with breath in their practice and their teaching, cultivating equanimity and balance both on and off the mat.

And as usual at the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre, the week will be interspersed with Paddi's amazing and now famous food, trips into the Burren and the surrounding countryside of County Clare, atlantic sea walks, ancient sites such as Coorcinroe abbey, Kilmacdough tower, Poulnabrone Dolmen, Cliffs of Moher to name but a few.

- Detox and Holistic Health (Learn about cleansing, raw juices, full body massage, gentle yoga)
