The food at the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre is excellent and is of very high standards. This is not the typical food one would expect at a yoga centre.
The food is vegetarian and we use organic vegetables and fresh vegetables whenever possible.
Our cook is Paddi who used to run Seventh Heaven restaurant in Galway city. Her experience of cooking in the restaurant business brings a now famous style to the dishes here at the centre.
There have been many meat eating visitors who have been to the centre and had not been looking forward to the vegetarian food expecting it to be salads and pasta dishes. Many of them went away with receipes from Paddi under their arm and a very different opinion of vegetarian food.
We can also cater for vegans, allergy sufferers, wheat and dairy free diets. But we do need to have adequate prior notice for any special food requirements you may have.
So let us know at least 3 days BEFORE you arrive please.
