A vegetarian's dream...

And some meat-eaters come on courses secretly thinking they might skip out to Kinvara or Gort for a steak or a burger, but often end up going home with Paddi's recipes under their arm.



In the summer sometimes its nice to eat in the patio area, and then chill out after the meal.



And while we enjoy our yoga class or explore the Burren, Paddi is preparing the next healthy vegetarian feast.
