Easiest way from Dublin airport

By bus is the easiest and fastest and cheapest

The easist way to get from Dublin to the centre is to take the bus direct from Dublin airport into Galway city, and then take a reduced fare taxi from Galway to the centre, or else a bus to Gort, and then a taxi from there.

Be careful, because some buses go from the airport direct to Galway city and are faster (2 hours), others go via Dublin city and can take about 3 hours.

By car gives you freedom and flexibility

Dublin airport is between 2.5 and 5 hours drive to the centre depending on the time of day or night that you travel and on traffic conditions.

It is approx 140 miles, motorway 90% of the way.

By train need to go to Dublin city, is long and expensive

This is NOT advised.

From Dublin airport you would need to a bus into Dublin city. And then a second bus to the train station. This could take between 1 and 2 hours.

And then the first train takes about 3 hours from Dublin to Athenry and is much more expensive than the bus.

And a second train from Athenry to Gort.

And then a taxi for the last 6 miles.

From Galway city to Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre

There is a reduced taxi fare if you book with John about 24 hours before you arrive

If you have extra time and wish to save some money, you may like to consider a bus from Galway to Gort.
By train or bus

Car hire gives you freedom

Hire Car It may be nice to have your own car for the duration of your stay in Ireland. This gives you the freedom to explore to Burren area on your own and the surrounding areas.
