Sarah Rosenfield
Sarah took up Pilates 10 years ago when her osteopath advised her it would be the only cure for her muscular own back and neck problems. After a very short time, the difference was significant and she now wants to share her experiences by teaching in a way that will help other people with their own personal back problems and injuries. Sarah’s style of teaching is thorough and will help you understand clearly how your body should feel in order to have better posture/ a stronger body and over all toning.

Provisional timetable
- Friday - arrive pm - meet Sarah and Juliet and fill in forms and go through any ailments etc.
- 19:00 Dinner
- 21:00 Relaxation and Meditation - Introduction to Pilates.
Saturday
- 8:00 Breakfast
- 9:30 - 11:00 Pilates and meditation
- 13:00 Lunch
- 16:30 - 18:00 Pilates
- 18:30 Dinner
Sunday
- 8:00 Breakfast
- 9:30 - 11:00 Pilates and meditation
