This course will include Vinyasa yoga classes by Ciara Cronin and Meditation classes
Vinyasa yoga links movement with the breath in a flowing meditative sequence where energetic, subtle body themes are emphasised alongside physical, therapeutic themes
Vinyasa yoga is style born from the Ashtanga yoga lineage where classes often follow a similar sequencing model.
Vinyasa yoga bridges and balances our internal and external worlds; our physical and subtle bodies. Vinyasa is an outward expression of the subtle balance of the life force. This integration manifests when the act of breathing and movement cease to be separate entities. The two actions converge to create a symphony of seamless unity. The mind is then set free and the practice becomes a moving meditation.
The goal of the course is to improve your yoga practice so that you may practice at home after the course.
And also introduce you to meditation so that you can continue on your own at home.
There will also be an outdoor trip into the Burren on Saturday.
