Description of course
Ayurveda is a system of natural medicine which teaches us how to live in a way that maximises our health and enjoyment of life. Most recommendations are a normal part of daily living, how to eat, exercise, communicate, relax and sleep.
Over the weekend there will be talks on the fundamentals of Ayurvedic philosophy and the three Constitutional Types (Vata/Pitta/Kapha), Ayurvedic nutrition and a hands-on Ayurvedic cooking workshop. You will learn to identify your own constitution and estimate that of those around you.
