Different types of Yoga week

Starts Sunday 15th February at 7pm with dinner.
It is possible to attend the whole 7 days until the following Sunday 22nd after luch,
Or from Sunday – Tuesday, Wednesday…. Or Friday
An ideal time to avail of a course during mid term break in February.

Description of course
This course will include different types or styles of yoga including
- Vinyasa flow
- Bikram yoga
- Restorative and loosening yoga
- Breathwork and relaxation
- Satyananda yoga by Dave Brocklebank
Experience different types of yoga on 1 week long course with Niamh Jones.
A great way to try out different forms of yoga, and discover which one that you prefer.
We have two morning yoga class each day, followed by breakfast and then we go outdoors into the Burren for adventures exploring the surrounding area.
These outings are organised by Dave who knows the Burren area very well.
There will also be an organised outdoor trip into the Burren each day..
And dinner will be prepared each evening by Paddi our famous chef who used to run Seventh Heaven restaurant for over 12 years.
Yummy!!!
And a relaxation class each evening.
Cost of the course
The cost of the course is €730 for the week and includes accommodation and vegetarian meals.
Course is open to beginners as well as intermediate yoga practitioners.
There is no comparison between people, and everyone works to their own level of ability.
The food is cooked by Paddi the gourmet vegetarian chef who ran Seventh Heaven the well known restuarant in Galway city.
A single room costs €120 extra.

Additional nights stay at the centre
To avail of a cheaper flight you may like to stay an extra night or two. Cost is €35 per night. No meals included.
Who is the course suitable for
Suitable for beginners to intermediate.
Although the course is suitable for beginners, intermediate practitioners will be guided and encouraged to work to their own limits and to go deeper into the practices.
Instructors
Niamh Jones is a very dedicated teacher and practitioner of Bikram yoga.
She guides complete beginners and those more advanced through the practice.
Niamh Jones is from Co. Meath origionally, and moved to Galway in 2001.

She lived in San Fransico for a while where she completed her Bikram teacher training course.
Niamh has taugh many times at the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre in the past few years, and also attend many of the weekend workshops we have here at the centre.
She likes to continue to improve her practice over the years and attends many of the well known Ashtanga teachers who visit the centre such as "Dave Robson & Dave Gelleneau, Richard Spahn, and Granville Cousins.
She even taugh an extra Bikram class to Granville and his students during one of his 7-day retreats here at the centre.

Niamh teaches Bikram yoga in Galway city regularily and also evening Bikram classes at the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre from September to May on a Thursday night.
