Vegetarian cooking course with Paddi Keane
May 9th - 11th 2008
This course is given by Paddi who used to run Seventh Heaven restuarant in Galway. She now cooks full time for the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre.
Her fame has spread far and wide during the days of Seventh Heaven and now among the lucky yoga practitioners at Burren Yoga.

Many different dishes to get the taste of what can be done.
Best of vegetarian cookingOn Friday evening there is sometimes traditional Irish music in one of the pubs in Kinvara, and some people may decide to go there.
Breakfast will be juices, musli etc. and then you will have the cooking class and prepare the midday meal during the morning.
Cost of the course
The cost of the course is €300 and includes accommodation and vegetarian meals.
The food is cooked by Paddi the gourmet vegetarian chef who ran Seventh Heaven the well known restuarant in Galway city.
A single room costs €60 extra.
Additional nights stay at the centre
To avail of a cheaper flight you may like to stay an extra night or two. Cost is €35 per night. No meals included.

Paddi's vegitarian cooking course is suitable for anyone who would like to know more about vegetarian cooking.
You may help Paddi prepare the dishes or you may pu your feet up and simply watch and take notes as Paddi prepares the meals in front of you.

Depending on how the class goes there may be time for a walk before the meal.
After the meal there will be a sea walk and/or a walk in the Burren hills.
The afternoon's cooking class will be to learn how to prepare the courses for the
evening dinner. After dinner there is time for relaxation, time in the Burren
and/or a visit to one of the local pubs.

Sunday morning will again begin with juices & musli and then a class to prepare the meal for midday.

The cost includes accommodation at the centre and all meals. The course will finish at 13:00 on Sunday.
