Hatha yoga Meditation with Niamh Jones 3
Description of course
This course will include Hatha Yoga classes, (breathwork) and meditation by Marianne Jacuzzi.
As dawn breaks over the majestic Burren, we awaken to the still clear centre of our being with silent meditation and simple breathing. Then we move into hatha yoga, awakening the body and bringing a lightness to ourselves.
Sometimes the practice is deep and strong, with a focus upon alignment, holdings or flow.
Sometimes it is gentle and restorative, connecting us with our roots.
All types of poses are included, as appropriate, with breath an integral part of everything.
Beginners are welcome, yet more experienced practitioners are challenged too, learning techniques to move past physical and energetic blocks.
We have lots of fun too. Daily organised outdoor adventures on the Burren, visits to quaint towns, time to unwind and connect with others, fabulous vegetarian food, fresh air, and the serene, wild beauty of this mystical, powerful land are all part of the experience.
Come to the Burren and feel the magic yourself!
Off the Mat; Cultivating a yogic lifestyle, 24/7

Cultivating a yogic lifestyle'
Learning yoga sequences, breathwork and meditation, and then integrating them into your daily liufe.
We will also look at the yamas and the niyamas.
These teachings include non violence, non greed, truthfullness, contentment and self study.
As the cornerstone of yoga practice, these ancient teachings show us how to live day to day in harmony with our highest truth.
And they are very relevant to us who live nowadays in a world full of stress, pressure to achieve, advertising and wanting to have more, deceit, restless minds, anxiety and many other pressures of the modern world.
These teachings bring us closer to peacefullness of mind, acceptance and love.
The inspiration they offer is relevant to everyone...beginners as well as those well-advanced along the path.
