Allow Mike Cragg, Frank Perry and Angela Walker to help you explore the depths of an integrated physical practice through Yoga and Pilates that builds flexibility, strength and core control.

The Flow yoga classes will emphasise ease of movement and breath, together with the generation of tremendous heat to release tensions.

In the alignment sessions we will work with insightful precision, using equipment and in partners to learn the "alphabet of movement and our body".

The quieter practices during the week of pranayama, relaxation and meditation will seek to balance our external practices with the quieter inner techniques to give a rounded practice.

Finally the Pilates will work with the core energies of the body to realign the joints by balancing the soft tissue systems of our bodies.

The holiday has enough time for outdoor trips into the Burren and beyond, including possibility of organized cycle rides and trips to Galway City.

The Instructors



Mike Cragg is a quailed Yoga teacher (BWY Diploma), Pilates teacher (Pilates Institute, REP), Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist and mountain guide.



Mike will be teaching the alignment Yoga, Pilates (mat and small equipment), and giving evening sessions on acupuncture/acupressure and Yoga philosophy.

Frank Perry is a qualified Yoga teacher, specialing in Flow Yoga, Yoga for children and rehabilitative Yoga.



Frank is also a talented songwriter and keyboard player. During the holiday, Frank will be leading the Flow yoga sessions, presenting the evening sessions on using Yoga and exercise to correct physical illness and disability.

Angela Walker is a qualified Yoga teacher (BWY Diploma), Pilates teacher (Pilates Institute), Aromatherapist (IFPA), Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Reflexologist.



Angela will be leading the pranayama, meditation and relaxation sessions as well as giving the talks/practicals on clinical aromatherapy and massage. She will also be teaching the Pilates classes.

The Cost



£490 sterling (approx 730 Euros) – early booking discounts available.

This includes accommodation, breakfast & dinner (vegetarian food) evening talks/practicals and guided walks in the Burren. Some of the afternoon trips (eg bike rides) lunch , may involve a small additional cost.

Single room supplement may be available.

Minibus transport available from Britain and Ireland (£50 from Britain and £30 from Ireland).
