"This is not like one of the other yoga holidays often in an exotic location with a picture of a lotus or a holiday brochure style picture of sea and beaches, and some vague description of the course.
And when one gets there, one find there is maybe a 2 hour yoga class in a hotel and then you are left on your own for the rest of the day, surrounded by strangers, often eating non-vegetarian food, sometimes drinking wine, feeling bored and at the end of the week realizing that your yoga practice has not really improved.
We guarantee fully qualified and dedicated yoga teachers who live their lives according to yoga principles. They are not fitness teachers just recenlty trained on a short yoga course.
We have organised outdoor activities each day and its easy to get to know others in this informal relaxed atmosphere.
Your yoga practice will be greatly enriched by a week here at the yoga centre, and you will feel the benefits throughout your whole being when you return to your normal life."
