The group arrived on Friday evening after having driven in a few seperate cars from Dublin.
Some of the group had practiced Yoga before but some had no previous experience.

Our fare for the evening was

- Coleslaw
- And for dessert... Fresh fruit salad and cream
9:00 - 10:00 There was a session of breath awareness, a few gentle loosening postures, and a deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra)
After that most people went to bed early while a few stayed up chatting in the kitchen.
