What you win and how
The prize is a voucher for €380 to be used on any residential course here in the next 12 months.
All the entries will be put into a hat, and the winner will be drawn from the hat on August 26th.
The winner will be announced on the Burren Yoga website under "Latest" on the bottom menu bar, under "Free Yoga Competition June 2009"
Who is the competition open to
The competition is open to everyone between 14 years and 70 years old who would like to attend a yoga course here at the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre on the west coast of Ireland.
You do not have to have been here on a course before.
You may only enter the competition once.
How to enter
- Read the following information below which will give you the answers
- Send an email to dave@burrenyoga.com with a subject of "Yoga Competition June 2009" complete with
- your full name (First name and surname)
- contact phone number
- county where you are living (or Country)
- how you heard about the competition
- If you have to to the centre before, and if so, on which course
- the answer to the 6 easy questions below
- Check the website under the section "Latest" on the lower menu bar for results on August 27th 2009

Possible to book onto part of any of the week long courses this summer
Did you know that it is possible to book a weekend or more days on a week long course at the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre?
All courses start with dinner on Friday at 7pm. Most people arrive between 5 and 7pm Friday.
Prices to book part of a week long course

Did you know that each course has it’s own timetable, and some courses have more classes than others?
The timetable for each course is listed by clicking on the course, and then scrolling down to ‘Timetable’.
And that if you are booking for the weekend only, that this entitles you to stay
until 8pm on the Sunday if you wish?

Did you know that if you have been to the Burren Yoga Centre already, and any of your friends book on one of the Burren Yoga Centre courses and also supply your name as the referral, that you will receive 10% of their course fee off your next course at the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre.
If two of your friends book, you receive 20% discount, 3 friends 30% discount.
And what if TEN of your friends book courses, and also supply your name as the referrer?

Do you know the prices of other yoga courses and how many days of actual yoga classes are offered for those prices?

Can you see the timetables on their courses (for all days) and the bio's of their teachers?
Do you know if accommodation and meals are included in their prices?

This summer we have the best of visiting yoga teachers
All the yoga teachers are hand picked by Dave who has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and practicing meditation for 30 years.
The teachers are chosen based on their own formal yoga teacher training, their years of experience and practice, their gift of being able to teach in an inspiring way, how well they look after and get on with the course participants who they
live with over the whole week.
And last but not least.... what our course participants have been telling us about the teachers for the past 10 years.
The courses include Kundalini yoga, Hatha Yoga, Gentle yoga, Meditation, Special women’s yoga, Hot Bikram yoga, Satyananda, Ashtanga, yogAsana

- David Muehsam a well known yoga teacher training with a written blessing from the late Sri Pattabhi Jois, Iyengar training and also Bihar school of yoga
- Veronica Larsson who is involved with the yoga teacher training in the Elbowroom
- Debbie Corradino another yoga teacher trainer from the US
- Niamh Jones the ‘real first trained Bikram yoga teacher’ to teach in Ireland
- Tadhg Ferriter who has been teaching Satyananda yoga over 12 years
- Richard Spahn who has been teaching ashtanga for over 18 years
- Anto Kearney who is a well known and respected ashtanga and meditation teacher
- Andrea Lutz who teaches ashantaga in her own studio in Berlin
- Granville Cousins known already to many of you
- Marianne Jacuzzi who teaches in Seven Winds yoga studio in Dublin
