Mysore style Ashtanga vinyasa yoga with Gillian Mooney
Gillian is one of the few worldwide authorized ashtanga yoga teachers and this is a great opportunity to spend 6 consecutive days under her guidance.
This course is suitable for beginners as well as advanced ashtanga practitioners.

Week of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga with Richard Spahn
Richard has studied Ashtanga with Pattabhi Jois many years ago, and has been teaching Astanga for 20 years !
This course is suitable for beginners as well as advanced people from different levels can join....beginners will be gradually taken through the different asanas and vinyasas(breathing), more advanced who know the series will practice at their own pace getting adjustments and led further into the practice.

Hatha-Chakra yoga & meditation with Vedanta
Suitable for beginners to intermediate. This Hatha yoga course will include an introduction to the Chakras which are energy centres within the body. The week course will also include hatha yoga classes, breathwork, relaxation and yoga Nidra and working with one’s awareness.

Asana, Pranyama & Meditation retreat with David Muehsam
An ideal opportunity if you are considering a Yoga teacher training course sometime in the future. David Muehsam runs our teacher training courses here at Burren Yoga and this is an ideal week to spend time with the man himself. Asana, Pranayama, Mudra and Bandha.
David is a very experienced teacher and would like this course to be open to beginners, intermediate and advanced people, each working and honoring their own limitations and extending themselves fully.
