Yoga Nidra CD
This CD has 3 seperate practices of Yoga Nidra.
The first is a normal Yoga Nidra and is about 20 minutes long.
The second track is a short Yoga Nidra and is about 10 minutes long.
The last track is a more advanced Yoga Nidra and is about 35 minutes long.
What is Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation which one practices lying down in Shavasana.

Shavasana is where one lies on ones back, legs straigh out, feet fall a little out to the sides. Arms are alongside the body, a little bit away from the body and the palms are facing upwards. Head and neck in line with the spine.
While one is deeply relaxed, one repeats a short Resolve or Positive Affirmation which is called a San Kalpa.
This San Kalpa can have a very powerful affect to bring change into one's life.
