Bikram Hot yoga Niamh Jones Aug17

Bikram 7-day hot yoga and Meditation holiday

August 17th - 24th 2007

Description of course

This 7 daycourse will include Bikram classes by Niamh Jones each morning Meditation, outdoor activities in the day, and a relaxation class each evening.

Every second afternoon there will be an additional class of Vinyasa flow yoga.

Excellent practice for toning, losing weight, improving flexibility, and great fun.

Bikram yoga is practiced in a hot studio. More information on Bikram at link at end of this page.

The goal of the course is to improve your Bikram practice so that you may practice at home after the course.

There will also be outdoor trips into the Burren.

And the usual amazing vegetarian meals with Paddi the chef.

Cost of the course

The cost of the course is €730 and includes accommodation and vegetarian meals.

The food is cooked by Paddi the gourmet vegetarian chef who ran Seventh Heaven the well known restuarant in Galway city.

A single room costs €120 extra.

We eat lunch out locally and you will need to pay for this yourself.

Additional nights stay at the centre

To avail of a cheaper flight you may like to stay an extra night or two. Cost is €35 per night. No meals included.

Availability of staying an extra night will only be known 1 week before the course start date, and will depend on the numbers attending the previous weeks course.

If the centre is full, you could always stay that night in Kinvara village with one of the many b&b’s.

Who is the course suitable for

This course is suitable for beginners as well as those used to Bikram yoga.

One should be reasonably fit, as the Bikram yoga is quite dynamic.

Please read the description of Bikram yoga at the link at the end of this page.
