Paddi Vegetarian cook book
Paddi Keane used to run the well know Galway restaurant
Seventh Heaven for over 12 years.She now creates recipes and prepares the scrumptious vegetarian food at the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre for the past 5 years.
Hundreds of very happy visitors to the centre have asked Paddi over the years for recipes for her amazing vegetarian food, and many pleaded with her to write a vegetarian cook book with the best of her recipes.
When one sees Paddi preparing food in the kitchen, it is very clear that this is a work of love, where Paddi is completely immersed with the flow of putting together fresh vegetables, preparing dressings, sorting out fresh herbs from the garden, but still has time to talk to our guests as they wander through the kitchen from time to time.
And then when it is time for dinner, one enters the homely kitchen with subdued lighting, some nice background music which may be some Indian grooves, or Bob Marley or Frank Sinatra, and then one sees the feast that she has prepared.
I should say that for the preceeding 3 to 4 hours, glorious smells waft through the yoga centre as the food is being lovingly prepared.
Heav'nly Delights
As many people have known Paddi's restaurant Seventh Heaven in Galway city, she has decided to name the book
Heav'nly Delights.
The book has 104 pages including an index of

Cost of the book
The book costs 12 euros.
Post and packaging for Ireland is 2.50 euros and for the rest of the world 4.50 euros. This is the cost of P&P for 1 book.
