These yoga and meditation retreats range from gentle yoga retreats suitable for all ages to stronger vinyasa style retreats which are more dynamic and physically challenging retreats.
All our week-long yoga retreats start at 7:00 pm Friday evening with dinner and finish the following Thursday at noon.

The centre was founded by yoga teacher Dave Brocklebank in 1999, who had the vision to build a comfortable yoga centre in one of the most spectacular and special places in Ireland…. The Burren.
The Burren Geopark is an area of unspoilt beauty consisting of spectacular shaped limestone hills which plunge down into the Atlantic ocean.
Dave has specially hand-picked 15 of the best yoga and meditation teachers to teach on these quality yoga retreats.
We only take 15 people on our retreats so that everybody gets very good individual attention.

The peacefulness and ancient feeling of The Burren have to be experienced to be believed.

Spending time on the west coast of Ireland is like stepping back 40 years in time, and the friendliness and easy going nature of the people makes one feel at home straight away.
Yet it is easy to get here with a choice of airports, train, bus and reduced fare taxi pickups.
It takes 2 ½ hours to drive from Dublin, 90% on motorway.
The nearest bus and train goes to Gort which is 6 miles away and taxi from there costs €11.

Best yoga retreats 2016 all year round
As well as having week-long retreats every week during the Summer, we also have week long yoga and meditation retreats at Christmas for 27th December – January 2nd and also week long New Year retreats from January 3rd – 9th and also Easter week-long retreats.
Outside those times we run all year round weekend retreats all year round.
We close from November 24th – December 26th and also from January 10th – 22nd.
