I loved how positive and uplifting Kanta is. I’ve just began reading about law of attraction and positive thoughts, so I really think I attracted this weekend and style of Yoga to me Kieran, Galway

On Saturday, as usual on all our Eco yoga retreats, Dave takes the group on a guided outing into the Burren hills or by the sea. This is a great way to spend time in Nature and to see some of the special locations in the Burren one would normally see.
Followed by lunch at one of the local restaurants or cafes which is a great way to sample the best of the locale cuisine in the Burren.
Kanta now teaches as an ‘Anusara Inspired’ Yoga teacher and uses her wide experience of other forms of Yoga, Therapeutics, and Meditation practices.
She is committed to bringing a down-to-earth and light approach- to make the exploration and practice of Yoga fun and relevant in today’s lifestyle, with the intention of optimizing students health and general well being.
On Friday evening and Saturday evening Paddi who used to run Seventh Heaven restaurant for over 12 years, prepares a vegetarian feast and many people have said they have not eaten food as good as this at any restaurant.
Kanta – “I love what I do and I am deeply grateful to my teachers for their constant guidance, love and inspiration.
The practice of Yoga and meditation remind me every day of the blessings in my life.
I am constantly challenged to find more freedom and peace of mind within myself balancing body, mind and heart in what I see as a delightful play of self discovery.
Love to share and teach. We can do something to make our world a paradise.”
