      Niamh Jones was the first qualified Bikram yoga teacher in Ireland and has been teaching Bikram yoga retreats at the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre since 2003.

      Niamh is a qualified Bikram yoga teacher and also a qualified Ashtanga yoga teacher and has also been practicing and teaching meditation for many years.

      She has a lovely ‘easy going personality’ and takes the time with each person to ensure they understand the practices that she is teaching and also encourages each person in a wonderful way to reach towards your own potential.

      And as usual on all of our eco yoga retreats, Dave who founded the centre in 1999 will take you on a guided outing on Saturday which will consist of either a hill walk or a walk by the sea. This time spent in Nature is a great way to let go the demands of the external world, and spending time in Nature is like food for the soul.

      There will also be meditation classes which will introduce Meditation to beginners and also deepen the practice of those familiar with meditation.

      On Friday evening and Saturday evening Paddi who used to run Seventh Heaven restaurant for over 12 years, prepares a vegetarian dinner and many people have said they have not eaten vegetarian food as good as this at any restaurant.
