      Niamh Jones is a very dedicated yoga teacher and practitioner.

      She teaches from the heart and takes the time with each person to ensure they understand the practices that she is teaching and also encourages each person in a wonderful way to reach towards your own potential.

      Niamh is a qualified Bikram Yoga teacher and also a qualified Ashtanga yoga teacher.

      She has been practicing meditation for many years and brings this awareness to her teaching.

      Niamh has a lovely ‘easy manner and soft approach’ and will have you practicing postures you thought you would not be able for, and improving your alignment as the weekend progresses.

      This retreat is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness, including complete beginners to those with a few years yoga experience.

       

       

      This retreat will be reasonably gentle, but will also challenge each person to work with the postures to their own ability.

       

      Rejuvenate yourself on this Hatha yoga and meditation weekend retreat spent in the beautiful Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre on the west coast of Ireland.

       

       

       

      While still in this tranquil peaceful space, Niamh will then lead you through a beautiful energizing and invigorating Hatha yoga class which although reasonably gentle will also challenge every single person in the class to their own ability.

       

       

      Niamh will teach more gentle variations to those who are less fit, while teaching more advanced versions of the postures to those who are already practicing and those who are more fit. There is no comparison made between course participants and each person is encouraged to practice at their own level.

       

       

       

      There will also be meditation classes which will introduce Meditation to beginners and also deepen the practice of those familiar with meditation.

       

       

       

       

       

      As part of this Hatha yoga and Meditation retreat, Dave will take the group out on a guided hike into the Burren hills or by the sea.

       

      This is a great way to get to see some special places in the Burren well away from the usual tourist places.

      Followed by lunch at one of the local restaurants or cafes which is a great way to sample the best of the locale cuisine in the Burren.

       

       

       

       

      Niall our chef will prepare all the meals over the weekend. The food we serve is of restaurant standards and many people have said they have not eaten vegetarian food as good as this at any restaurant.

      This Hatha yoga and Meditation weekend is guaranteed to leave you feeling toned, stretched, rejuvenated, refreshed and full of energy on all levels.
