2 minute Video about our Vegetarian Cooking Workshop
Niall gives a short overview of the cooking workshop in the video below.
Click the video below to watch, and if you are using a laptop, you can enlarge the video when it plays to full screen.
Niall has a wealth of knowledge about food and will share what he knows about the number and varieties of foods that we eat nowadays being reduced and this can cause problems in how the body breaks down food and can effect our energies.
Choose whether you would prefer hands on experience helping out with the cooking, or whether you prefer to just sit back and watch and take notes as Niall explains the preparation techniques and how to cook the food for the dinner.
Niall will also talk about the techniques and benefits of fermenting, pickling and dehydrating.
And talk about the importance of using fresh organic produce which is grown locally.
You will then get to enjoy the lovely dinner which was prepared before your eyes and get to chat and enjoy the atmosphere in the kitchen with the others on this vegetarian cooking workshop.
Finally you will get handouts with recipes and techniques for cooking and preparing vegetarian food yourself when you get home.
Limited to 10 people maximum.
€80 to include dinner as well as the cooking workshop.
