Yoga Boot camp Teacher Niamh Jones
Niamh Jones is a very dedicated yoga teacher and practitioner.
Niamh teaches our
- Bootcamp yoga weekends and week long bootcamp retreats

- Hatha yoga weekends and retreat holidays
She has a lovely ‘easy going personality’ and takes the time with each person to ensure they understand the practices that she is teaching and also encourages each person in a wonderful way to reach towards your own potential.
Niamh Jones is from Co. Meath originally, and moved to Galway in 2001.
Prior to moving to Galway, she lived in Los Angles for a while where she completed her Bikram teacher training course.
Two years later Niamh also completed a separate Ashtanga yoga teacher training.
Since then she teaches Bikram yoga in Galway and is able to draw upon her experience of the stronger Ashtanga yoga while still having a huge experience of teaching softer and more accessible variations of the postures to beginners or those who are less fit.
Niamh’s Bikram and Ashtanga experience also give her the ability to teach stronger and more challenging sequences to those in the class who are able for it
Niamh’s years of teaching experience also gives her the ability to teach complete beginenrs of all ages and all fitness levels, so everybody will be challenged to their own level. Niamh adapts the postures and her teaching so that everyone of all ages feel comfortable in her classes.
Niamh also teaches more accessible Hatha Yoga retreats.
Niamh is also a Reiki/Seichem Practioner and Master and Shanamic Healer and often bring some of these healing techniques into her weekends helping people to healing on a much deeper level.
Yoga Boot camp weekend Retreats
On our boot camp retreats Niamh teaches an amazing combination of Vinyasa flow yoga, Bikram hot yoga, Yin yoga, Yogalates and meditation.
These boot camp retreats are designed to give your body a complete toning, stretching and detoxing from the inside out.
Niamh also teaches meditation on her boot camp weekends and week long boot camp holidays and combined with very healthy vegetarian food, outdoor hikes in the Burren hills, a range of outdoor activities, you will feel on top of the world after one of Niamh’s boot camp retreats.
Niamh teaches many boot camp and also Bikram yoga retreats at the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre for a number of years, and also attend many of the weekend workshops we have here at the centre.
Niamh also maintains her own daily yoga and meditation practice and is continually attending workshops and furthering her own studies.
