I believe that yoga and meditation are the most inspirational practices that I have ever come across. The full range of practices have a huge effect on one’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
I think that it helps ‘ordinary people’ to deal with extraordinary pressures of modern living, and possibly prevents huge amounts of mental disorders that could arise if we were not doing these practices in our lives.
I think it could play a much bigger role in helping to deal with mental problems, and also in improving each of our own mental health, and I really welcome it’s use in these areas.
