As easy step by step way for you to learn how to meditate.
The instructor is Dave Brocklebank (founder of Burren Yoga Retreat) who has been meditating since 1978.
Dave makes the process of learning meditation very easy and suitable for all ages.
At the end, you will be able to meditate yourself without having to rely on guided instruction.
This will help bring calmness and peacefulness to your mind, help you to let go of thoughts, and to improve inner happiness and love.

What is covered on the course?
The ‘Learn How to Meditate Course’ is a daily class of approx 25 minutes daily for 30 days.
See list of Topics that will be covered at ‘Online Meditation Classes‘.
Ideally these should be 30 consecutive days so that your practice will go deeper and deeper.
If you miss a day, you should simply practice the class that you missed the following day.
If you do miss 1 day, it will take you 31 days to complete the course and this is fine. It is purely up to you to complete the course in whatever time you prefer. It is the same cost.

Each class is between 20 and 25 minutes.

Anyone can meditate!
In this 30 day course Dave will guide you in the basics of meditation. You will learn about the history and benefits of meditation. Dave makes it easy to learn and enjoy the power of meditation. He is accompanied by his adorable daughter so you get to see an experienced practitioner and someone completely new to meditation.
I dabbled with meditation in the past but never really knew what meditation was about or how to do it properly. I work as a nurse and needed something to help me deal with the stresses of work.
I met Dave a few years ago on a Yoga Holiday in Ireland and spent time at his Yoga Centre. When I found that he was offering a meditation course- I did not hesitate to sign up.
