The centre was spotless and the lighting that flowed through it was uplifting in itself. The bedroom was lovely and comfortable with a huge window letting in light and overlooking nature. The fully tiled bathroom felt very luxurious with a large shower and heated towel rail! The food was delicious, and plentiful. Really impressed with so many new flavours and all vegetarian, my body was flooded with goodness all week. Burren yoga retreat provided just that for me! The accommodation is spotless and of a high standard, the yoga classes were excellent and the mix of afternoon outdoor hikes and daily morning and evening yoga was a perfect combination for the get away. It was 5 years since I visited previously and I was amazed by the new extension. The beautiful new yoga room on the first floor is light and airy with gorgeous views. The dining room has four big tables (with Covid glass partitions) and the vegetarian food was varied and very tasty. The bedrooms are very spacious with a lovely en-suite. This was my second visit to the retreat which is superbly run and organised. The centre draws me back for many reasons including the tranquillity of the location; a real rustic down to earth feel with a blend of uplifting spirituality and peace; the exquisite vegetarian food professionally prepared; the day trips to the beautiful Burren landscape with lunch at the finest local restaurants with menus to suit all tastes.
