All the food is vegetarian. However it is also of restaurant standards and there is no shortage of very tasty and healthy food.
You can request and special diet on your booking form, and Paddi is happy to prepare special meals for each person which can include wheat, gluten and sugar free, or whatever diet that you prefer.
Whereas the food on most Health Farms can be quite meagre, and one often feels hungry while on a health form, the food philosophy at Buren Yoga is that it is very healthy and tasty, and everybody is free to use their own will power to say no to seconds or to choose to eat one course instead of more.
The daily yoga classes combined with the guided outings combined with healthy eating is a great way to bring gradual change into your daily life and to continue this on an ongoing basis yourself, rather than starving on a health farm and then binging when one returns home.
